David is located in New York and advises on the origination, execution, management and operation of investments, predominantly in North America.
Prior to joining BBIP, David worked as a Consultant in the Finance and Investment group at Parsons Brinckerhoff, where he advised financial investors and public agencies on transactions in the transport sector.
David focused on detailed demand and life cycle cost analysis of major transportation assets in the United States, Canada and Western Europe. Recent engagements include advising two of North America's largest pension funds on successful bids for operating toll roads in Canada.
David has 10 years of experience in infrastructure investment and advisory services, and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Connecticut College and a Masters degree in City Planning from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, with a focus in Urban Economics. He is a fluent speaker of Mandarin.
