John is located in BBIP's London office and advises on the origination, execution, management and operation of investments, predominantly in Western Europe.
Previously, John was a transaction director within Balfour Beatty Capital and has 10 years of infrastructure investment and advisory experience. While at Balfour Beatty Capital, John was involved in the origination and acquisition of infrastructure assets in sectors such as airports and offshore transmission and has been actively involved in the management of investments across Balfour Beatty Capital's wider portfolio.
Prior to joining Balfour Beatty Capital, John worked in the infrastructure financing teams at both PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG, advising both private sector bidders and government bodies on transactions across the transport and social infrastructure sectors. Successful deals included advising Bilfinger Berger on its financing of the C$1 billion Golden Ears Bridge in Canada and Cintra on the M3 Clonee-Kells highway in Ireland.
John holds a Bachelor of Arts from Manchester Metropolitan University.
